El presente trabajo se realizó a partir de los resultados obtenidos en la encuesta LAMIS (Latin American Men-who-have-sex-with-men Internet Survey), la cual tuvo como finalidad recoger datos autoinformados de HSH sobre el virus de inmunodeficiencia humana (VIH) y otros aspectos relacionados con la salud sexual de esta población, entre ellos información sobre infecciones de transmisión sexual (ITS), prácticas sexuales, uso de sustancias psicoactivas, prevención y necesidades de atención médica, acceso y uso de servicios de salud, y asuntos relacionados con el estigma, la discriminación y la homofobia. Se empleó una encuesta en línea autodiligenciada por los participantes, difundida a través de medios virtuales como páginas web y redes sociales, además de contarse con la colaboración de diversas organizaciones sociales. La información presentada servirá para diseñar intervenciones preventivas que reconozcan la realidad y las especificidades de los HSH en Colombia, de manera que se conciban respuestas desde el sistema de salud y con la participación de la comunidad de forma pertinente y oportuna, en aras de garantizar la salud psicosocial y sexual de estos hombres en el país.
The text Situation of Psychosocial and Sexual Health of Men who Have Sex with
Men (HSH) in Colombia was made from the results obtained in the LAMIS survey

disseminated through various virtual means, such as web pages and social networks, in addition to the collaboration of various social organizations. The information
presented here will serve to design preventive interventions that recognize the
reality and specificities of MSM in Colombia, so that responses are generated from
the health system and with the participation of the community in a pertinent and
timely manner to guarantee psychosocial health. and sexuality of these men in the
country.
