Historically, there has been a difference between a product and a service, it is used
and there is talk of producing a good and providing a service. Various branches of
knowledge have coined knowledge and methodologies to produce a good, a tangible; it is as
if the service could not be "produced". But if the service is itself a product (Easingwood, C.
J. 1986), why not see it as such and then try to produce it. Using production theories and
methodologies, this project aims to industrialize the horizontal property management
service. Framing it in this way and viewing it from this dimension enables process
innovation. With the use of technological applications and business intelligence, companies
are able to develop new services (Demirhan et al. 2006).
