Abstract

Implementar mecanismos que permitan fortalecer el control de las actividades del personal y las operaciones que se realizan al interior de una empresa, son vitales para lograr su adecuada gestión y seguimiento. Luego de realizar un diagnóstico de la situación actual de TRANSPORTES LA CANDELARIA SAS y conocer la importancia de los manuales como herramienta fundamental para integrar las normas y procedimientos necesarios para un adecuado flujo de su información administrativa y financiera, se procede con la creación del manual de tesorería para la empresa indicada, teniendo en cuenta los procedimientos básicos que se deben tener como herramienta de inducción y capacitación, pero sobre todo, como una guía organizada de los procesos y flujos de información que maneja la empresa. Para lograr el objetivo, se usó una metodología descriptiva con un enfoque cualitativo, en relación con la situación actual de la empresa, los procedimientos utilizados por la compañía y las referencias bibliográficas, material de estudio e investigaciones de los diferentes autores.

After making a diagnosis of the current situation of TRANSPORTES LA CANDELARIA SAS and knowing the importance of the manuals as a fundamental tool to integrater the norms and procedures necessary for an adequate flow of your administrative information and finance, proceeds with the creation of the cash manual for the indicated company, taking into account the basic procedures that should be taken as an induction and training tool, but above all, as an organized guide of the processes and information flows that the company manages. To achieve the objective, a descriptive methodology was used with a qualitative approach, in relation to the current situation of the company, the procedures used by the company and bibliographic references
