El trabajo de grado realizado correspondió a la sistematización de experiencias pedagógicas realizadas en la Fundación Desarrollo ConSentido, con el propósito de relatar el proyecto llevado a cabo con los adolescentes que asisten a esta organización. Para su realización, se tuvo en cuenta varios aspectos. Primero, se identificaron las problemáticas de la población beneficiaria a través de la investigación-acción participativa, relatos de vida y el diligenciamiento de diarios de campo, donde se consignaron las relaciones de los adolescentes, comportamientos, estado físico, reacciones ante las diferencias, entre otros. Posteriormente, se estableció un diagrama de trabajo partiendo de sus necesidades e intereses, incorporando los juegos circenses como una herramienta para mejorar sus habilidades sociales. Finalmente, se realizó una interpretación crítica de todo el proceso pedagógico, generando unas reflexiones en el quehacer docente y en las nuevas dinámicas de aprendizaje desde la asignatura de Educación Física
The delivered degree project corresponded to the systematization of pedagogical experiences made at the Fundación Desarrollo ConSentido, with the purpose of revealing the project carried out with the teenagers who attend this organization. For its realization, several aspects were kept in mind. First, the problems of the beneficiary population were identified through participatory action-research, life stories and the filling of field diaries, where the teenagers' relationships, behaviors, physical state, reactions to differences, amongst other things were recorded. Thereupon, a work program was established based upon their needs and interests, incorporating circus games as a tool to improve their social skills. Concluding, a critical interpretation of the whole pedagogical process is made, generating reflections on the teaching work and on the new learning dynamics from the PE subject.
