dc.description.abstract |
No Lineal Distribuido (DLNM).

Was to carry out a quantitative research in order to investigate the association between
climatic factors and the occurrence of diseases that lead to absenteeism of cane cutters
from the Pichichí Corte Company. For this, a characterization of the climate and the social
factors of the cane cutters will be carried out initially. Information will also be collected on
the causes of absenteeism in the past year. Afterwards, the interaction between the climatic
variables and the cases of diseases (mainly cardiovascular, renal) will be analyzed, finally
establishing the degree of association between them. In the first phase of the study, data
collection tools such as the semi-structured questionnaire will be used. The last two phases
will be carried out by statistical analysis using quasi-Poisson regression models and the
Distributed Nonlinear Model (DLNM). In the end, it is expected to know if there is a
relationship between the climatic variables and the absenteeism of the cane cutters. |
