Implementación Plan Estratégico se Seguridad Vial en la Empresa Unión Temporal del Prado.

Abstract

La empresa UNIÓN TEMPORAL DE PRADO, se dedica a la actividad de silvicultura ofreciendo los servicios de corte de césped y poda de árboles en la ciudad de Bogotá. En el momento de hacer una revisión se identifica que cuentan con 5 carros de recolección y 5 conductores; esto conlleva a revisar si tienen un plan estratégico de seguridad vial PESV enfocado en sus pilares No. 1 (gestión institucional) y No. 3 (infraestructura segura), adecuado para la prevención de accidentes viales. De esta forma se identifica que no han implementado el plan estratégico de seguridad vial y al realizar una debida identificación del problema se decide ir más allá e investigar por qué no se ha implementado, revisar cuales pueden ser las posibles causas que puede tener la empresa a no implementar el PESV. El objetivo de este proyecto es definir planes y acciones concretas que debe llevar a cabo la UNIÓN TEMPORAL DEL PRADO para implementar el plan estratégico de seguridad vial según lo establecido en la normatividad vigente enfocados en el pilar de Fortalecimiento en la Gestión Institucional y el Pilar Infraestructura Segura, toda vez que estos son un foco de atención por la mayor accidentalidad.

In the moment to do review, identify that this business has five recolection cars with their respective drivers; this entails to review if they have a Road Safety Strategic Plan, with focus in their pillar 1 (institutional management) and 3 (safety infrastructure), suitable to the prevention of road accidents. By this way, to identify that they hasn’t set up been the Road Safety Strategic Plan and when made a due identification to the trouble, it is decided to go far away and look into the reason that why hasn’t it been implemented, review the posible reasons what could have the business for no implemented the RSSP. The goal with this proyect is to determine specific actions and plans that the UNION TEMPORAL DEL PRADO must carry out to implement the Road Safety Strategic Plan, according to established in the current rules, focus on institutional management strenghthening and safety infrastructure pillar, hence these are focus of attention due to the greater accident rate.
