Implementación de políticas contables para el manejo de anticipos a proveedores y contratistas en la empresa RETCOM S.A.S

Abstract

El objetivo de esta investigación de trabajo es la implementación de políticas contables para el manejo de anticipos a proveedores y contratistas en la Empresa Retcom S.A.S; durante el 3 periodo de práctica Universitaria Minuto De Dios, logrando que radiquen las facturas dentro del mes que se generan y se pueda ingresar la información en las fechas indicadas para tal fin; para poder conseguir este objetivo se, Se realiza recopilación de la información, definición de cargos y funciones, interpretación y diseño de la información, se elaboran las políticas, aprobación y actualización de las políticas.Se debe impartir una inducción por parte de la empresa al personal involucrado. Con este método se puede observar un mayor orden en la contabilidad así como una información veraz y confiable al momento de consultarla, logrando que los directivos de la empresa tengan una mayor claridad al momento de tomar decisiones que beneficien la compañía, logrando así el objetivo que tiene la contabilidad.

The objective of this research work is the implementation of accounting policies for the management of advances to suppliers and contractors in the company Retcom S.A.S; during the 3 period of University Minute of God practice, obtaining that the invoices are filed within the month that is generated and the information can be entered on the dates indicated for that purpose; In order to achieve this goal, we compile the information, define positions and functions, interpret and design the information, prepare the policies, approve and update the policies. With this method we can observe a greater order in the accounting as well as a truthful and reliable information at the time of consulting it, achieving that the managers of the company have a greater clarity when making decisions that benefit the company, thus achieving the objective that He has the accounting.
