Con este trabajo se pretende evidenciar la necesidad de implementar las herramientas contables en la compañía con el fin de hacerla más competitiva y a su vez realizar el proceso de implementación de acuerdo a los parámetros establecidos con una política clara y precisa."
FINAZUL is an-Enterprise with a great financial support to the matrix house (headquarters), however, in spite of its Good results, it does not have a defined process or politic about its daily deposit of money, where it could have more clarity and security about the daily incomes. This is why this work means to demonstrate the necessity of implementing a process in which it is clear the money that comes into the accounts of the company.
This work pretends to give evidence in the necessity of implementing account tools in the company to make it more competitive and, at the same time, to make the process of implementation according to the set parameters with a clear and precise policy.
