Manual para manejo de inventarios en la empresa GARDEN PACK DE COLOMBIA SAS

Abstract

"Este proyecto tiene como objetivo implementar un proceso que garanticen el adecuado manejo de los inventarios para la empresa Garden pack de Colombia SAS, esta es una empresa manufacturera ubicada en el grupo 2 según la clasificación de las niif, con 12 años en el mercado de la elaboración de capuchones para flor (lámina para envoltura de flores ver ilustración 1) y ha venido teniendo problemas con el manejo de los inventarios presentándose con ello información inexacta que afecta la cifra de utilidad. Teniendo en cuenta la necesidad de la empresa y la importancia de llevar un adecuado registro y manejo de inventarios, dentro de la metodología se hace necesario establecer mecanismos para fortalecer ese proceso y así lograr estandarizarlo y ponerlo en marcha, para ello se proponen unas plantillas de requisición de materiales con el fin de llevar un adecuado registro de la información y del control de los materiales. Al finalizar se realiza entrega del procedimiento escrito para el manejo de los inventarios en la empresa y con ello tratar de garantizar la permanencia de dicho proceso."

This project must implement a process that ensures the proper management of inventories for the company Garden pack of Colombia SAS, this is a manufacturing company with 10 years in the market of making caps for flower and has been having problems with the management of inventories, presenting inaccurate information about the utility. Considering the need of the company and the importance of keeping an adequate record and management of inventories, within the methodology it is necessary to establish mechanisms to strengthen this process and thus achieve standardization and implementation, for this purpose, templates are proposed. requisition of materials in order to keep an adequate record of information and control of materials. At the end, the written procedure for the management of the inventories in the company is delivered and with that, try to guarantee the permanence of this process.
