La oralidad como práctica comunicativa de reconocimiento del otro: el podcast en Bahía Honda.

Abstract

Este documento corresponde al informe final del trabajo de grado, es realizado desde un punto de vista que integra y resalta la importancia de formatos radiofónicos como el podcast y su uso en la difusión de la cultura en la comunidad de Bahía Honda. En esta comunidad caribeña se ha venido observando como algunas prácticas culturales que antes la identificaban han sido relegadas o se les está prestando poca importancia, de allí que se hizo preciso la realización de una serie de podcast que resalta la importancia de la cultura para una determinada comunidad. Si bien este trabajo exalta la cultura bahiondera, no desconoce la importancia de algunas herramientas digitales que le han permitido a la comunidad ser parte activa en la toma de decisiones y aspectos claves como lo es la asignación de recursos estatales, enfocados a no dejar morir las tradiciones culturales del pueblo. Dadas las condiciones sociopolíticas de la comunidad de Bahía Honda, se hace necesario la creación de una serie de podcast que permitan acercar a la comunidad con sus prácticas culturales, pero este acercamiento se hizo precisamente a través de una herramienta digital lo que demuestra que cultura y tecnología están íntimamente ligadas y que dependiendo del uso que se hace de esta última podemos potencializar la primera a través de nuevos contenidos que invitan a la comunidad a reapropiarse de su cultura, a reencontrarnos con el otro.

This document corresponds to the final report of the degree work, it is carried out from a point of view that integrates and highlights the importance of radio formats such as podcasts and their use in the dissemination of culture in the Bahia Honda community.

In this Caribbean community, it has been observed how some cultural practices that previously identified it have been relegated or are being given little importance, hence the need for a series of podcasts that highlight the importance of culture for a given community. Although this work exalts the Bahiondera culture, it is not unaware of the importance of some digital tools that have allowed the community to be an active part in decisionmaking and key aspects such as the allocation of state resources, focused on not letting die cultural traditions of the people. Given the sociopolitical conditions of the Bahia Honda community, it is necessary to create a series of podcasts that allow the community to be brought closer with its cultural practices, but this approach was made precisely through a digital tool, which shows that culture and Technology are intimately linked and depending on the use made of the latter, we can potentiate the former through new content that invites the community to re-appropriate its culture, to reunite with the other. In this sense, the podcast in the Bahía Honda community aims to contribute to the discussions, to the reunion with the other but also in the reconstruction of the social fabric, making the most of this radio format that is used in other parts of Colombia and the world.
