El clima organizacional ocupa un lugar importante en la gestión de las personas y en los últimos años ha tomado un rol protagónico como objeto de estudio en organizaciones de diferentes sectores y tamaños que buscan identificarlo y utilizan para su medición las técnicas, el análisis y la interpretación de métodos particulares.
De acuerdo con lo anterior, se evidencia en el presente proyecto 3 momentos: el primero de ellos, se realizó una encuesta donde arrojó resultados importantes, entre los cuales son factores de liderazgo, trabajo en equipo y situaciones emocionales por cada individuo.
Como segunda instancia, se haya la evaluación de un plan de acción a seguir, y se diseñó los tipos de actividades que si iban abordar durante la intervención de la evaluación del clima organizacional. Se deja un registro fotográfico de cada una de las actividades abordadas.
Por último, se presentó un paralelo de cómo era la situación del clima antes y después, encontrándose factores positivos y negativos.
Los anteriores elementos dejan como resultado la aplicación teórica y conceptual, fortaleciendo el componente del ser en la institución educativa ITA para el área administrativa, este trabajo se realizó en el año 2017-2018.
The organizational climate occupies an important place in the management
of people and in recent years has taken a leading role as an object of study in
organizations of different sectors and sizes that seek to identify it and use for its
measurement techniques, analysis and interpretation of particular methods.
According to the above, three moments are evident in the present project:
the first one, a survey was conducted where it yielded important results, among
which are factors of leadership, team work and emotional situations for each
individual.
As a second instance, there was the evaluation of an action plan to be
followed, and the types of activities that were to be addressed during the intervention
of the organizational climate assessment were designed. A photographic record of
each of the activities addressed is left.
Finally, a parallel was presented of what the climate situation was like before
and after, finding positive and negative factors.
The above elements leave as a result the theoretical and conceptual
application, strengthening the component of being in the ITA educational institution
for the administrative area, this work was carried out in the year 2017-2018
