Abstract

"El presente documento pretende dar a conocer la importancia de realizar un cierre contable de las cuentas que se afectan en el proceso de nómina y seguridad social, al final de cada mes con el propósito de mejorar los tiempos del proceso de cierre de año. También ayuda a optimizar el tiempo de respuesta para pago de impuestos o tercero necesarios y adicionalmente se mitiga los errores que se presente en el sistema. Y con el aporte que realiza el área de nómina a este proceso que tiene la empresa Thomas Greg and Sons LTDA se pretende que otras áreas lo adopten como tesorería, facturación y cartera así lograr tener una información homogénea en cada una de las áreas mencionadas"
