Análisis documental sobre la violencia en contra de la mujer: un panorama colombiano y algunos aportes iberoamericanos

Abstract

Este análisis documental busca identificar los tipos de violencia que afronta la mujer Colombiana, cuáles son los motivantes principales que la generan, cómo lo afronta la mujer víctima, los principales actores y escenarios involucrados, las instituciones que protegen y ofrecen apoyo a la mujer para disminuir este maltrato, la legislación existente; mediante la recuperación teórica que conlleve a analizar de qué manera se ha abordado el tema en nuestro país y la importancia que se le ha dado en miras de brindar un apoyo a la mujer víctima de éste acto. Este documento es de enfoque cualitativo y tipo exploratorio, con diseño teoría fundamentada de tipo emergente, generado mediante la elaboración de resumen analítico del escrito y plasmado bajo una matriz de acopio, con el propósito de develar cuales son los posibles recursos para disminuir la problemática de la violencia contra la mujer, brindado orientación para un bienestar y desarrollo integral frente a sus propios derechos.

This documentary analysis seeks to identify the types of violence faced by Colombian women, what are the main motivators that generate it, how does the woman victim face it, the main actors and scenarios involved, the institutions that protect and offer support to women to decrease this mistreatment, the existing legislation; through the theoretical recovery that leads to analyze how the issue has been addressed in our country and the importance it has been given in order to provide support to the woman victim of this act. This document is of a qualitative and exploratory type, with an emergent-type grounded theory design, generated through the elaboration of an analytical summary of the writing and embodied under a collection matrix, with the purpose of revealing what are the possible resources to reduce the problem of violence against women, providing guidance for well-being and comprehensive development against their own rights.
