Plan de negocios para la creación de una clínica veterinaria en el municipio de San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander

Abstract

En el presente estudio administrativo sobre de la creación de una clínica veterinaria, que tiene como objetivo general la formulación un plan de negocios para la creación de una clínica veterinaria en el municipio de san Vicente de Chucurí, Santander Colombia. Debido a la alta demanda de servicios veterinarios en el municipio de San Vicente, que actualmente cuenta con una población de aproximadamente 35,232 y todo este proceso tiene como fin determinar la organización que la empresa deberá considerar en su establecimiento, teniendo en cuenta la estructura organizacional. Asimismo, también se tiene en cuenta en el estudio la fiscalidad, administración y más importante mencionar el gran impacto que genera este potencial en el municipio, ya que contribuye a la comunidad.

In this administrative study on the creation of a veterinary clinic, which has as general objective the formulation of a business plan for the creation of a veterinary clinic in the municipality of San Vicente de Chucurí, Santander Colombia. Due to the high demand for veterinary services in the municipality of San Vicente, which currently has a population of approximately 35,232 and the whole process aims to determine the organization that the company should consider in its establishment, considering the organizational structure. Likewise, the study also considers taxation, administration and most importantly mention the great impact that this potential generates on the municipality, as it contributes to the community.
